Vedanta stepping up renewables consumption.

Stepping up renewables consumption at our operations, we will source 380MW of renewable energy for our aluminium smelters across India, through a power delivery agreement. This can potentially reduce our greenhouse gas emissions by 15 lakh tonnes of CO2 equivalent annually. In 2021, we were India's largest industrial consumer of renewable energy. This is another step forward in the journey of decarbonizing our business to achieve Net Zero by 2050.
